There is a boy named Sparkling. He is hard-working and clever. He is big and strong. In spring, he often goes for a walk with his mother in the park. In summer, he often goes swimming in a swimming pool near his home. He often goes swimming in autumn,too. He usually plays basketball in the gym in winter. Because winter is so cold. Playing sports can make him feel warm. He always goes to school on Sunday afternoon. He must stays at school for five days a week. At school, he always get up at 6:45 a.m. But at home , he usually gets up at 8 o’clock a.m. He has four classes in the morning and two in the afternoon. His favourite food is beef food. Such as: steak,beef noodles, beef hamburgers, beef sandwiches and so on . He thinks they are very tasty. He often eats beef for lunch on weekends. His favourite drink is milk,so he grows very tall and strong. He likes making faces after class. He enjoys telling jokes ,too. He is very funny .He is also very helpful at home. 我的梦想就是想当一名NBA球星，我要像我最爱的NBA球星那样大力暴扣，真的是太爽了！
看着他们投球的姿势那么帅，我也不由自主地模仿起来。爸爸是个篮球迷，篮球也打得非常棒，于是爸爸就担任了我的篮球教练。我和爸爸经常在节假日一起打篮球，从下午三点打到晚上六点还不想回家。就这样，我跟爸爸学会了很多打篮球的技巧，因为爸爸在外地上班，所以我只能抓住他回来的时间练习。我学篮球的效率非常高，爸爸每次教我新的技巧，我都能很快的学会，当我学会海底捞月那一招的时候，我就怀着激动地心情告诉爸爸，他也总是面带微笑的对我说：“好样的，继续努力！”
我最喜欢的篮球队是魔术队了，因为当年史蒂夫弗朗西斯就是魔术队的，史蒂夫弗朗西斯是个外国人，打球技术非常的厉害，擅长远投和突破，我觉得他是所有球队和球员里最厉害的一个，在看他的比赛的时候，我恨不得钻进电视里去看。
经过几年的练习，我的篮球技术越来越好了。在这几年的练习中，我遇到过很多困难和挫折，手扭过，腿磕伤、磕青过，最严重的一次是球从篮板上掉下来打中了鼻子，血流了一地，但是我没有放弃，用水洗把脸坚持练习。现在，我的打球技术在我们小区孩子们当中也算是个高手了。
这就是我的梦想，我一定会成功的，我对自己有信心！
